Spoke with Hannah in regards to picking up my mom's medical supplies because the delivery driver was out that day. This store gives off mom and pop vibes throughout . It felt like everyone knew one another, and if not, they made you feel welcome. A sincere kindness that is hard to find now a days. The smell of the food made my head turn to the diner side of the store. I'll return to try out the menu! Also, the lady who was able to help bring out the supplies gave off vibes of someone you can sit on the back porch with and have lemonade and a good laugh.

This is one of my most favorite lunches I would have as a kid. My mom would take me and I would get a grilled cheese. Today over 30 years later the grilled cheese is just like I remember it. The chicken salad is also a must but you have to go early as they often run out. This soda shop is a must go to if in downtown Sumter around lunch time.

Amazing food and service! The grits are the best grits I’ve ever had in my life! It was a really cute atmosphere made me feel like I was in a different era! Highly recommend!

I have been going here since I was a child (which was a long time ago, lol). Always great service, and you always run into someone you know! The Soda Fountain food is always amazing and now they are remodeling it so there is more room to sit down!
